Our Christmas Chaos event has just begun!
Until the 28th, all players will receive a +50% EXP bonus. In addition to this you can now hunt two new types of infected, which will only be spawning over the next 5 days. They'll also be dropping some unique, Christmas themed loot.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoy the extra exp, although it would be nice if I could actually play. Unfortunately I cannot due to constant 503 errors and connection errors. I was looking forward to having fun. Please fix this!

its AWESOME . The green elves appear even in Nastya
ReplyDelete( so i dont miss out on one of the bosses ) , and they are killed in just 2 crit hits from my katana . And they keep on spawning for half a hour and even though some are lootable , the ones that are lootable are ALL lootable ( not just one boss ) .
Christmas bosses are awesome ! The loot is also awesome ! ( 35% increased speed ? really nice . No need to buy 10 cred drug for 45k ) .
And the Christmas bosses are not as powerful as the Halloween bosses . THANK YOU ADMIN ^_^

That is the ONLY problem . Im not getting any errors ( stop blaming admin for your connection problems ) . And i wish i can trade the candy , cause I have like 18 and i want to store them on a alt .
So those candies take up a lot of space :(
I really need to store them somewhere i cant store it on the marketplace ( you can store something by selling it at a really high price )
and i cannot give it to someone so i can store it there . And since it cannot be bought , i cannot buy other candies for future use T_T
yeah, do you really think it was going be easy? well i guess we have no choice but to buy out the whole storage.

ReplyDeleteIts been sweet. Yesterday everyone just wanted to stay in the EZ. Nails were 900 at FP and 3500+ in the EZ. I loaded up all backpack slots and storage at FP and ran them down to EZ and made sheet pot of cashola! Today I looted the hospital deep in EZ and got about 20 neuros and took them back to FP and started listing them for 3800 and was sold out before I could finish listing them! I love the way the market gets jacked during events. You just gotta know how to work it and prosper.

Deleteso i just had a really weird thing happen to me... i was walking around looking for elves or a santa when i accidentally walked into the black titan mission area. after walking around firing at one from behind a fence with a few other people it got unstuck and attacked us. i got killed and as i was waiting for the "you're dead" screen to show up, the titan fell on the ground dead and it said i completed the mission. first of all, i completed the mission after dying, which is in itself weird. secondly, its EXTREMELY unlikely that the b titan would die a split second after me(with it having so much freaking hp), so either its a glitch, or an amazing coincidence. when i got back to the outpost i got 180k experience (more than enough to level me up to 40) and like $15,000. so yeah, just thought i'd share something weird that happened.

Deletei did die. but the black titan died when my body was on the ground. it said "mission completed" right before it went to the "you're dead" screen. so when i respawned in the outpost it said i did the mission and got the xp/money.
DeleteI've spent 75k on 5 more slots ( all in all , 4 rows of 5 slots each , so 20 slots total ) ... and they are ALL filled .... 20 candies looted ( not counting the ones I used ) .

1.) They cannot be traded ... I need to trade them !
2.) They last for 1 hr ... even when your logged off , it still counts :( That's very unfair . I want the full use of it , why not make it 1 hr , WHEN you log in ? ( And go in the Inner City ) .
Those two problems kinda ruin Christmas for me . Before 75k would not have been a small amount , but im in NASTYA so I cant loot .... and I dropped from 325k to 78k .
Btw @DoctorWhoo : You dont read others comments do you ? They appear , just cause some aggro , or if its hard ( they are not appearing ) go to Multiplayer mode then cause some aggro . Then elves will start appearing for half a hour ( so even if you kill 50 in 10 mins , more will still appear ) .
So DoctorWhoo , go in MP , then when they start appearing THEN go singleplayer ..... otherwise many will appear .
@Nastyain's : a note of warning for all you nub Nastyains
( all offence intended XD ) . The elves will quickly overwhelm you , since they KEEP ON APPEARING .... my suggestion to you is to stock up on a ton of ammo and stay behind a fence ^_^
Btw they can appear anywhere . They appeared for me 3 blocks south from Nastya ( i was going to do a mission )
Its really annoying . They cannot be sold ( so obviously they cannot be traded ) .... so I have to keep all my candies in the storage ( all 20 slots used ) . So i had to sell my planks and nails at a big loss

And the fact that you lose time even when your logged off .... I mean i used the candy for 15 minutes then logged off and came back after a hr ... no candy . That is really not good . Why not make it so that you lose time when your in the Inner City . ( like hunger , 2% every min )
It would be nice to trade these but with a limited time event its not gonna change and that's just the way it is so just use them, enjoy them and above all...KWITCHERBITCHIN!

Yeah the candy is great. I used one for the "Where the hell is he" mission where you have to sprint, kill, sprint, kill. Mission complete in about 15 mins. Its nice when you're waaay down in the EZ all looted up and you want to get back to FP just eat a candy and fly through and nothing can touch you. I did notice you have to pay a little more attention to the mini map when you are moving that fast to avoid traps and pinch spots. I was almost home when I ran right into a pinch between a truck and a wall with a leaper...game over:(

@Admin : Can you make it that peeps who have contributed to hurting the boss can loot it ? Im tired of seeing vids ( and ingame ) of nubs going AFK and looting the boss with no contribution whatsoever -.-
personally i think it should be that you have to do a certain percentage of damage to the boss. maybe that will solve the problem
Deleteyes but what if it dies before doing enough damage and they used the ammo for trying and get to the damage, but if this is going happen then a boss hp and how much damage you have done to it as well as how much you need to do to it is active, i would really love a health bar, and if people think it is dumb then admin should add an option to turn it off.
DeleteAdmin, it seems you don't even update DF anymore, you hardly do anything, and aren't even there. I admit, at one point you was "supportive", but now you just let the game go to crap, after awhile DF will die, and when that happens, you'll know why. If you ever try to make another game, keep it updated, support the community, and put in more work, although it is "your" game, you treat the people who play it, like crap, and you act as if you don't care about DF.
