I've been playing DF since 2D. I've died a lot -_- But now, years later, I'm still dieing, and it still pisses me off. -BUT- I love this game and every single aspect of it. Thank you for all the hard work you've put into this project over the years. Me and my XBOX live buddies very much enjoy your game and plan to continue our adventures for years to come.
lol I dont die much , the trick is to become a athlete so you can dodge and you dont have to run to just stay ahead of a mob . And get some endurance . Names Spring Heeled Jack from $20 i went to $ 300k so this is proof that athletes can rule :) Btw i luv DF a lot as well , just not getting much time for it -.-

and i also believe the new missions are gonna be related to the interiors . if they are ( im sure they are but i could still be wrong ) then oh WOW . I also want a mission related boss , that is a boss which only appears in the mission and no where else . That would be really nice along with the Hp bar of a zombie so i can see wether i cant still deliver a few more hits to a brute
just to say a thing was on my mind from a loooong looong time , why theres no ballistae with bolts or bows...those are some of the best antizombie weapons :D
I think I'll take this opportunity to say PEOPLE! BE EXPECTING DELAYS! Admin isn't perfect, and I don't expect him to always be on time. The part that most people overlook is the part where he says "If all goes to plan." Personally, I'm expecting basic interiors in 2-3 weeks. If he gets done early, great. If he's delayed, it's also great because he'll be taking the time to correct some bug that'll make the interior experience MUCH less enjoyable.
I would like these updates , Note for the the people who are gonna rage - Im saying they are OPTIONAL so shut up before you spew some nonsensical talk of me delaying the Admins plan / And oh , Im SURE ( 'bout 75.658% sure XD ) that the new missions that are going to be released are based on the interiors if I am right then whoo-hoo-hoo :) I would really like that . @ luis.401 Thanks for showing us that interview, i read all of it and was completely enthralled the whole time. I suspected admin worked at Jagged Blade Software since I(my dad xD ) bought Realspace 3 from there in 2008(or maybe 2007) and saw that there was a link/picture to a game called dead frontier and that was how I was introduced to dead frontier. Well..I think some of you think this comment is bullcrap, but I just had to say it since that interview made me remember the days where I would play Realspace 3 and rage quit trying to beat lvl 40 xD

What did I tell you guys? I'm not gonna rub it in your face, but keep THAT in mind. He works on this game. Accept that and give him the motivation he needs to keep him working day after day, month after month.
everyone needs to quit rushing him and stop telling him that he sucks and he just wants money thus your words could be true but all you are doing is making him down and wanting to hide from the community. This is why we aren't being told on how the updates are coming along. This is also most likely the reason he is working slowly. If everyone would appreciate what you have and what you haven't got and just give him ideas and encourage him without all the downs and insulting complaints. You are making him feel like we don't deserve new things. So just leave him alone if he needs time to correct something then let him.

okay so litle kids are screaming " Omg i love admin. He's giving us what we want". And to top it off, itll be in a week for gms only. Now how do I respond to this embarrasement?
First, I said before that I would just quit and go away. Lol. I will never go away because I want to see the day that Neil messes up so badly that his profits drop just like his tears would. Second, just like he has done with other updates, Neil is going to use GM people to put them to work by testing out the "interiors" he has planned. So, in a way, GM people will spend their hard earned money to frustrate with any bugs and glitches from the new update to satisfy the free players that enjoy the full benefits (oh wow the GMs get to see interiors a few days earlier). At first I was trying to actually get people involved in something that is proven to be better than df, but now I am just receiving humor at the embarrasing events and comments from Neil and these teenagers. Yes, all I can do is criticize this vulnerable game, but that is more than enough for me to earn my laughs with my brothers who quit df the first day (lol). Not because DF is hard(they have played frustrating and terribly difficult SNES games through their childhoods) but because DF sucks and Neil has his blind teenages' support hanging by the threads( making them happy for a few moments and then having them wait for weeks for a stupid April fools joke). So sad. PS: Still waiting on anyone to say something good about this game.

Yes, I agree, new weapons are not the most extravagant update. But Neal would need some artists to do the insides of the buildings. Even paying someone, that takes time to get right. Plus, kids are expensive. Especially all the preparations and time required for a new baby. Last I heard, DF was Neil's main money source. So if he needs more cash, whether it's game-related or not, that's his prerogative. Atleast his attempts to gather more funds are adding something to the game. But I'll get to that. There are also hints to a new game in the works altogether.
Do me a favor. Start YOUR zombie mmo, or ANY mmo. Post the link to your laughable game so I can troll your forums all day. After awhile, rebuild that game, have to redo the features people are used to, and deal with the hellstorm that brings. Factor in marriage, and all that brings for good or ill. Go have a kid, then in few years have another. Then, tie a rope to your arm, the other end to a car and have it drive off at top speed. Make sure there is a good amount of slack to ensure it jerks your arm out of the socket really nicely. Then see how much you get done.
I agree that progress wasn't going as fast as anyone would like. For a while it seemed to stop altogether. No one will deny that. No one likes to wait. But FFS, what is accomplished by your constant whining?
No one has to give you a list of all the good things about this game. If it's not self-evident to you, then it's just not the game for you. The end. Most of the basic mechanics are already in place, so if you don't like how it plays now, then you never will, regardless of whether or not you can get in buildings, board yourself in, or any missions you could do. Accept it. Move on.
As far as people being frustrated with glitches when features first come out. Check the forums. That's what most of us want. MOST people would rather feel like a part of the process and deal with a few bugs for the chance to get to play the new content. Not to mention that will speed things along much faster then Neil and a select team of a few people trying to test it. Period.
Plus then he'd have to deal with your incessant complaining about how there's plently of people who want to test it, spend that money, time, and effort on completing more of the game.
I remember when all the zombies and bosses were added. The first 3 days there were flaming EVERYTHING as soon as you walked out of FP. A lot of noobs and low levels couldn't even go to another outpost. The best weapon I had was a grinder, and there was no way to even begin figuring out all the weaknesses to the new zombies because of the sheer numbers. Not to mention pure melee builds (which I was) were rendered almost entirely obsolete. Looting and grinding was harder than I've ever seen it in 3d. I made a lot of friends that week, because you could see who really loved the game and a challenge, and could still succeed. Neros were over 8k a piece for a week or two. It was chaos. That is one of my fondest moments of DF.
I hope the first time I walk in a building its FILLED with brutes, leapers, and flaming giant spiders pouring out of the the walls from out of no where, pushing it all towards me. Complete with a bunch of people saying, "WTF this is insane and too hard!" Just so I feel that much more awesome when I rip it apart. It'll be a real thrill.
But I'm sure when that day comes, assuming you can resist the urge to troll and actually play the game, you'll say, "Oh there isn't enough interiors, these aren't fancy enough. I waited for this? AND it took over a week?" When even the update says, "If all goes AS PLANNED.. (that means if there are no problems) SOME (as in a few) BASIC (this means simple, possibly even incomplete at first) interiors SHOULD be with us in a week or SO (give or take a few days, maybe even weeks)" Personally, I cant wait. It's clear I'm not the only one.
Once we can go in buildings, the obvious update would be missions that can be incrementally added. Followed, evenually, by barricades.
Guess what? I promise you, you will not get one of those updates as fast as you like. We all want the game to be done, but it takes time. Sorry 'bout it.
So what if GM's aren't playing the new features for months before nonsubcribers? Neil trys to make it so non-GM's don't have to wait TOO long to experience it. For someone you clam to only be about money at this point, that seems pretty considerate of him.
Hell, if Neal was all about money, why not put a lvl 15-20 cap on all non-GM accounts, Also, they can only go as far as the first two difficulty zones, and interiors are GM-only as well. That's what most mmo's do, assuming you can play them at all without paying past a week-long trial. Neil could do all of that if he wanted to. He hasn't. So give it a rest.
There's a good chance more of the corpse set will be added too. Another complaint you have. I think it's great. By releasing them rapid fire, most will not be able to afford them all as they come out. Assuming, you're not spending real money on credits. This means players will have to choose what they need, rather than just collecting all they can. Even then, you may have to trade one piece of gear to get a new one you'd prefer. With the player-run economy, this also means, seeing as the corpse is limited edition, that they will only get rarer, and prices will only continue to rise. That keeps the rarest of the rare as it should be. Not to mention it funds everything Admin does. That is a good business decision. And it's good for the long run of the game.
As far as new players being at a disadvantage, that's true in any game. And failed logic. Any game I can play for over a year, and have new players even touch what I do, would be really lame. You could've played 3d from day one, and you'd still be at a massive disadvantage from those who ruled 2d.
Neal doesn't need all the b.s. If you have a legit complaint about the game. Make a thread. If all you can say is updates are too slow, it can go unsaid.
You are not the voice for the voiceless. Everyone is waiting just as long as you've been. Positive reenforement works best. Who would you want to work for? The people who are supportive for what you've done and anxiously awaiting more? There are more zombie games coming out very soon then have been in a long time. Some of them look like they could be the best anyone's ever seen in their respective gameplay genres. Neil knows this, and I'm sure he feels the pressure. Especially with the Undead labs game, which looks to be the most direct challenge to DF, based on the style.
In the past two years, we have had some of the most significant updates to the game. More on the way. Either take a break, and come back. Or Don't. More people find out about this game everyday. People who are still wow'd by how different it is than anything else currently out. People who aren't so jaded, that they forget why they played in the first place.
Obviously, you don't think the game sucks that bad, or you wouldn't be trying to push Neal at all, albeit in your narrow-minded, misguided way. You're obviously upset with how long it's taking to be complete.
If you really hate the game that much. And just think it's not fair to you that everyone else is spending money and waiting, then go stand up for a real cause. Here's your damned list you keep going on about:
-It's free. -It's actually ORIGINAL -It's not text-based -It's easy to make profits on the PLAYER DRIVEN MARKET -It's relatively realistic -It can get real intense at times -It has great enemy design and all the enemies can relate to the player. I.e. some are better to kill up close, while some are better from far away. -The enemies look awesome -Good variety of guns and melee -Good character building system. You're able to strengthen and create your character the way you want him or her to be at a relatively low level -It's challenging and not piss easy -Good loot is EXTREMELY hard to come by without working for it, so you barely ever get anything for doing nothing -It's fun to play with friends -It installs a sense of fear at times -Admin hasn't sold it out to Disney -It's one of the few *good* mmos that doesn't revolve around communication with other players, and more focuses on the surviving aspect -It's a zombie apocalypse game -It keeps you hooked to it, even if you're not playing it

you forgot it is compettive if you didn't mention it " arena amd inner city pvp. that is what the whole game comes down to at the end. you have no reason to go out and kill zombies at level 200 so what you do is have a couple of money making accounts and use their money in arena to try being the best.

You say you want to achieve more than a stupid mmo, but to many game developers, mmo's are a pinnacle to be reached because of the chance to bring many people to one place to enjoy themselves. Not to mention how large a project it is. There's a certain amount of pride in completely something like that. Especially, when someone took it upon themselves to do it.
DF is an amazing concept, whether or not you like how Neil chose to do it. And he could have sold it to anyone. He chose to keep it, work on it, and see it through based on his vision, despite people like you trying to marginalize it. I have a ton of respect for him for that.
I'd also like you to post your music. I'm sure it'll be really refreshing if you spend half as much time on it as you tearing other peoples creations apart.

I got an idea maybe admin can do something about that , maybe all meds should at least heal 1% , 2 % if got a medic , so if youre lvl 50+ and were in the red zone , yellow zone and you didnt got meds with you example:(nerotoxin or morphs) you dont fall into dispair could be a little support addon xD
i don't really care much right now about inner-city skills... Thats seems like a lot of work that just isn't in the near future (by the end of 2012/ end of world?).
I care more about the missions. I like teh way the missions have a little story to play thru, but i kinda wanna a few missions that i can fail. like when you have to find the little girls father; if you don't save him from a flaming zed, then he dies or something... that would be fun.
OK. You make some of your points valid and so do I. At first I was supporting my main argument "Neil is scamming people when they don't see it". Then I went to talking about being a critic(I wish I was but like i said, I want to do better than that), And you started mentioning about marriage vows and stuff like that. Some of that may matter slightly but not to take in serious consideration. To be honest, what I felt was a shock of fear when I see someone making a limited game that charges ridiculous prices for truthfully meaningless things(20-30 bucks for a coded pistol or around that) because much more people will complain and will regret their money being wasted( I still fear this, as this does truly happen throughout the lives of real gamers. Do not doubt this, for you would be wrong). In other words, just be careful in what goes on(ya Neil is probably hearing this and if he is not scamming, then he is laughing at me). But as Valve mentions "better safe than sorry". Just do not complain when something happens like a significant number of DF users getting ripped off in a variety of ways. Otherwise, I will just spectate what goes on, for people have criticized me for not updating my brain with the "recents".

@Medic. You're still overlooking a major fact here. You can use IN-GAME money to buy credits on the market. And use THOSE credits in the credit shop.
If people want to spend their own money to save time looting, and ensure they get an item that it going to be dicontinued in twenty days, they can. Doesn't matter if it costs 20 bucks or 20 cents. ('MERICA!!)
But the way the game is set up, no one ever had to spend a dime on it. There's no scam, period. You pay for the weapon, you get the weapon. Or you work for the weapon, and spend nothing. It's exactly as advertised. Get your facts straight before engaging in a battle of wits. Especially with me.

Why DF is still good after 2d: 1 mini-map 2 better wepon balance 3 new ememies and bosses 4 Avatars reflect clothing options more 5 weather/ time cycles 6 built in music to indicate aggro levels 7 more streamlined loading times thx to Unity 8 Market pices are (relitively) more stable 9 missions have story 10 player interfaces (map, inventory, and options) don't take up too much gametime to load, check, and change.
Bad shit that still broke 1 character customizations (face and hair) are limited 2 variety in. Outpost attack is lacking in both extra npc's as well as stratigic defense points 3 extreme prices of all rifle rounds make it an expensive wepon choice 4 barricaking is still not in the game 5 new environments only serve as things that must be walked around and have little impact of aggro or defence. Madmedic, I see where you are coming from, but if you hate this game so much, then why do you keep coming back here? There must be at least a small part of you that is still attached, otherwise, you would move on already. I have hated many games such as Runescape, for example, and I just left them alone, rather than dwell on them. And if people want to spend their money on this game, then don't sweat it bro. It's not your problem or mine if that is what people choose to spend their hard-earned (or their parents') money on. Just find something you do enjoy and move on. I know it may seem frustrating, but everyone has different opinions. Some people like this game and some do not, it's as simple as that. Stick with what you do like, like TF2, and forget about this. It is clearly not for you, and there is nothing wrong with that. I, personally, really like Dead Frontier and will continue to play it, but that is just my opinion and nothing more. DeleteI think I'll take this opportunity to say PEOPLE! BE EXPECTING DELAYS! Admin isn't perfect, and I don't expect him to always be on time. The part that most people overlook is the part where he says "If all goes to plan." Personally, I'm expecting basic interiors in 2-3 weeks. If he gets done early, great. If he's delayed, it's also great because he'll be taking the time to correct some bug that'll make the interior experience MUCH less enjoyable.

and saw that there was a link/picture to a game called dead frontier and that was how I was introduced to dead frontier.

This is why we aren't being told on how the updates are coming along. This is also most likely the reason he is working slowly. ReplyDeleteFirst, I said before that I would just quit and go away. Lol. I will never go away because I want to see the day that Neil messes up so badly that his profits drop just like his tears would.
Second, just like he has done with other updates, Neil is going to use GM people to put them to work by testing out the "interiors" he has planned. So, in a way, GM people will spend their hard earned money to frustrate with any bugs and glitches from the new update to satisfy the free players that enjoy the full benefits (oh wow the GMs get to see interiors a few days earlier).
At first I was trying to actually get people involved in something that is proven to be better than df, but now I am just receiving humor at the embarrasing events and comments from Neil and these teenagers.
Yes, all I can do is criticize this vulnerable game, but that is more than enough for me to earn my laughs with my brothers who quit df the first day (lol). Not because DF is hard(they have played frustrating and terribly difficult SNES games through their childhoods) but because DF sucks and Neil has his blind teenages' support hanging by the threads( making them happy for a few moments and then having them wait for weeks for a stupid April fools joke). So sad.
PS: Still waiting on anyone to say something good about this game.

ReplyDeleteYes, I agree, new weapons are not the most extravagant update. But Neal would need some artists to do the insides of the buildings. Even paying someone, that takes time to get right. Plus, kids are expensive. Especially all the preparations and time required for a new baby. Last I heard, DF was Neil's main money source. So if he needs more cash, whether it's game-related or not, that's his prerogative. Atleast his attempts to gather more funds are adding something to the game. But I'll get to that. There are also hints to a new game in the works altogether.
Do me a favor. Start YOUR zombie mmo, or ANY mmo. Post the link to your laughable game so I can troll your forums all day. After awhile, rebuild that game, have to redo the features people are used to, and deal with the hellstorm that brings. Factor in marriage, and all that brings for good or ill. Go have a kid, then in few years have another. Then, tie a rope to your arm, the other end to a car and have it drive off at top speed. Make sure there is a good amount of slack to ensure it jerks your arm out of the socket really nicely. Then see how much you get done.
I agree that progress wasn't going as fast as anyone would like. For a while it seemed to stop altogether. No one will deny that. No one likes to wait. But FFS, what is accomplished by your constant whining?
No one has to give you a list of all the good things about this game. If it's not self-evident to you, then it's just not the game for you. The end. Most of the basic mechanics are already in place, so if you don't like how it plays now, then you never will, regardless of whether or not you can get in buildings, board yourself in, or any missions you could do. Accept it. Move on.
As far as people being frustrated with glitches when features first come out. Check the forums. That's what most of us want. MOST people would rather feel like a part of the process and deal with a few bugs for the chance to get to play the new content. Not to mention that will speed things along much faster then Neil and a select team of a few people trying to test it. Period.
Plus then he'd have to deal with your incessant complaining about how there's plently of people who want to test it, spend that money, time, and effort on completing more of the game.
I remember when all the zombies and bosses were added. The first 3 days there were flaming EVERYTHING as soon as you walked out of FP. A lot of noobs and low levels couldn't even go to another outpost. The best weapon I had was a grinder, and there was no way to even begin figuring out all the weaknesses to the new zombies because of the sheer numbers. Not to mention pure melee builds (which I was) were rendered almost entirely obsolete. Looting and grinding was harder than I've ever seen it in 3d. I made a lot of friends that week, because you could see who really loved the game and a challenge, and could still succeed. Neros were over 8k a piece for a week or two. It was chaos. That is one of my fondest moments of DF.
I hope the first time I walk in a building its FILLED with brutes, leapers, and flaming giant spiders pouring out of the the walls from out of no where, pushing it all towards me. Complete with a bunch of people saying, "WTF this is insane and too hard!" Just so I feel that much more awesome when I rip it apart. It'll be a real thrill.
ReplyDeleteBut I'm sure when that day comes, assuming you can resist the urge to troll and actually play the game, you'll say, "Oh there isn't enough interiors, these aren't fancy enough. I waited for this? AND it took over a week?" When even the update says, "If all goes AS PLANNED.. (that means if there are no problems) SOME (as in a few) BASIC (this means simple, possibly even incomplete at first) interiors SHOULD be with us in a week or SO (give or take a few days, maybe even weeks)" Personally, I cant wait. It's clear I'm not the only one.
Once we can go in buildings, the obvious update would be missions that can be incrementally added. Followed, evenually, by barricades.
Guess what? I promise you, you will not get one of those updates as fast as you like. We all want the game to be done, but it takes time. Sorry 'bout it.
So what if GM's aren't playing the new features for months before nonsubcribers? Neil trys to make it so non-GM's don't have to wait TOO long to experience it. For someone you clam to only be about money at this point, that seems pretty considerate of him.
Hell, if Neal was all about money, why not put a lvl 15-20 cap on all non-GM accounts, Also, they can only go as far as the first two difficulty zones, and interiors are GM-only as well. That's what most mmo's do, assuming you can play them at all without paying past a week-long trial. Neil could do all of that if he wanted to. He hasn't. So give it a rest.
There's a good chance more of the corpse set will be added too. Another complaint you have. I think it's great. By releasing them rapid fire, most will not be able to afford them all as they come out. Assuming, you're not spending real money on credits. This means players will have to choose what they need, rather than just collecting all they can. Even then, you may have to trade one piece of gear to get a new one you'd prefer. With the player-run economy, this also means, seeing as the corpse is limited edition, that they will only get rarer, and prices will only continue to rise. That keeps the rarest of the rare as it should be. Not to mention it funds everything Admin does. That is a good business decision. And it's good for the long run of the game.
As far as new players being at a disadvantage, that's true in any game. And failed logic. Any game I can play for over a year, and have new players even touch what I do, would be really lame. You could've played 3d from day one, and you'd still be at a massive disadvantage from those who ruled 2d.
Neal doesn't need all the b.s. If you have a legit complaint about the game. Make a thread. If all you can say is updates are too slow, it can go unsaid.

The people who are supportive for what you've done and anxiously awaiting more? There are more zombie games coming out very soon then have been in a long time. Some of them look like they could be the best anyone's ever seen in their respective gameplay genres. Neil knows this, and I'm sure he feels the pressure. Especially with the Undead labs game, which looks to be the most direct challenge to DF, based on the style.
In the past two years, we have had some of the most significant updates to the game. More on the way. Either take a break, and come back. Or Don't. More people find out about this game everyday. People who are still wow'd by how different it is than anything else currently out. People who aren't so jaded, that they forget why they played in the first place.
Obviously, you don't think the game sucks that bad, or you wouldn't be trying to push Neal at all, albeit in your narrow-minded, misguided way. You're obviously upset with how long it's taking to be complete.
If you really hate the game that much. And just think it's not fair to you that everyone else is spending money and waiting, then go stand up for a real cause. you forgot it is compettive if you didn't mention it " arena amd inner city pvp. that is what the whole game comes down to at the end. you have no reason to go out and kill zombies at level 200 so what you do is have a couple of money making accounts and use their money in arena to try being the best.

You say you want to achieve more than a stupid mmo, but to many game developers, mmo's are a pinnacle to be reached because of the chance to bring many people to one place to enjoy themselves. Not to mention how large a project it is. There's a certain amount of pride
in completely something like that. Especially, when someone took it upon themselves to do it.
DF is an amazing concept, whether or not you like how Neil chose to do it. And he could have sold it to anyone. He chose to keep it, work on it, and see it through based on his vision, despite people like you trying to marginalize it. I have a ton of respect for him for that.
I'd also like you to post your music. I'm sure it'll be really refreshing if you spend half as much time on it as you tearing other peoples creations apart.

I got an idea maybe admin can do something about that , maybe all meds should at least heal 1% , 2 % if got a medic , so if youre lvl 50+ and were in the red zone , yellow zone and you didnt got meds with you example:(nerotoxin or morphs) you dont fall into dispair could be a little support addon xD

ReplyDeleteYou make some of your points valid and so do I. At first I was supporting my main argument "Neil is scamming people when they don't see it". Then I went to talking about being a critic(I wish I was but like i said, I want to do better than that), And you started mentioning about marriage vows and stuff like that.
Some of that may matter slightly but not to take in serious consideration. To be honest, what I felt was a shock of fear when I see someone making a limited game that charges ridiculous prices for truthfully meaningless things(20-30 bucks for a coded pistol or around that) because much more people will complain and will regret their money being wasted( I still fear this, as this does truly happen throughout the lives of real gamers. Do not doubt this, for you would be wrong). In other words, just be careful in what goes on(ya Neil is probably hearing this and if he is not scamming, then he is laughing at me). But as Valve mentions "better safe than sorry". Just do not complain when something happens like a significant number of DF users getting ripped off in a variety of ways. Otherwise, I will just spectate what goes on, for people have criticized me for not updating my brain with the "recents".
oh yea, thank you for training my debate skills for something that is not as controversial as other things. And remember, "the majority is not always right". That phrase has impacted me in many ways.

@Medic. You're still overlooking a major fact here. You can use IN-GAME money to buy credits on the market. And use THOSE credits in the credit shop.
If people want to spend their own money to save time looting, and ensure they get an item that it going to be dicontinued in twenty days, they can. Doesn't matter if it costs 20 bucks or 20 cents. ('MERICA!!)
But the way the game is set up, no one ever had to spend a dime on it. There's no scam, period. You pay for the weapon, you get the weapon. Or you work for the weapon, and spend nothing. It's exactly as advertised. Get your facts straight before engaging in a battle of wits. Especially with me.

1 mini-map
2 better wepon balance
3 new ememies and bosses
4 Avatars reflect clothing options more
5 weather/ time cycles
6 built in music to indicate aggro levels
7 more streamlined loading times thx to Unity
8 Market pices are (relitively) more stable
9 missions have story
10 player interfaces (map, inventory, and options) don't take up too much gametime to load, check, and change.
Bad shit that still broke
1 character customizations (face and hair) are limited
2 variety in. Outpost attack is lacking in both extra npc's as well as stratigic defense points
3 extreme prices of all rifle rounds make it an expensive wepon choice
4 barricaking is still not in the game
5 new environments only serve as things that must be walked around and have little impact of aggro or defence. Such as climbing onto a car for protection or to hide.
6 player to player item trading is still unavaliable, and private trading can not be initiated from marketplace
7 mission objectives are clear, but are still repeditive
That's my list, now where's yours at? I'm tired of this crap, I don't have any problems with the game other than how to make money without using like 30 accounts. I enjoy this game, you don't Medic, so fuck off and go suck a dick till your jaw falls off.
Madmedic, I see where you are coming from, but if you hate this game so much, then why do you keep coming back here? There must be at least a small part of you that is still attached, otherwise, you would move on already. I have hated many games such as Runescape, for example, and I just left them alone, rather than dwell on them. And if people want to spend their money on this game, then don't sweat it bro. DF does'nt have to be good, it's the only of it's kind. Go make better or something. If it gets repetitive stop playing and come back later, it's what i do.
